1. Introduction: Strengthen the insulation of workers from the ground, a rubber mat made of special rubber. Insulation rubber mat is also known as insulation rubber sheet, insulation rubber pad, insulation blanket, insulation rubber mat, etc. It is a rubber mat with high volume resistivity and resistance to electrical breakdown. Made from non-polar rubbers with excellent insulation properties such as NR, SBR, and IIR. Used as tabletop or floor insulation material in work environments such as power distribution.

2. Appearance: Spots or unevenness: depth or height must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber mat; Bubbles: no more than 5 bubbles with an area less than 1 cm² per square meter, with a distance of at least 40 mm between any two bubbles; Impurities: depth and length must not exceed the thickness of the rubber mat, with a minimum distance of 40 mm; Irregular edges or sponginess: width not exceeding 10 mm, length not exceeding 1/10 of the total length of the rubber mat; Cracks: not allowed. The voltage should be increased continuously and uniformly to the value specified in Table 8, maintained for 1 min, and observed for any breakdown. If no breakdown occurs, the test is passed. When testing in segments, the edges of the two segments should overlap.

Features of 15KV insulation rubber mat, insulation rubber sheet, and insulation rubber pad: Good physical and mechanical properties, excellent insulation performance, can operate in dry environments with high dielectric coefficient requirements at temperatures ranging from -35°C to +100°C. Tested at 43KV, it operates normally at 660V. Widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, testing rooms, and outdoor live work. Should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20 cm above the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils, and do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight.
